Returns 

In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from The Charming Press please contact us at hello@thecharmingpress.com as soon as possible. Once your return has been authorised we will provide you with the returns address. 

After 30 days we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

All items must be returned unused in perfect condition and in the item’s original packaging. 

Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Return costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are returning an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable, insured shipping service. The Charming Press are not responsible for your item until it has been delivered, using your chosen delivery service.

Personalised, sale and discounted items are final and are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty. Gift cards are also exempt from being returned. 

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@thecharmingpress.com. If your order has not yet been created and dispatched you will receive a full refund via your original method of payment as soon as possible  

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

We cannot guarantee refunds for:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If after 5 working days you still have not received your refund please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Shipping

If your parcel arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thecharmingpress.com. 

Please note that The Charming Press do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
